Who we are
ErgoRisk is a Dutch company building ergonomic risk assessment for the realities of the factory floor. Musculoskeletal disorders are the most common work-related health problem in Europe, yet most assessments still depend on scarce ergonomists, wearables, or manual scoring that never scales past a handful of workstations. We set out to change that.
What we do
A safety manager records a 30 second phone video of a workstation. ErgoRisk analyzes the movement with computer vision, scores it against established methods like REBA, RULA, ROSA, NIOSH, and QEC, and returns a full assessment, a prioritized action plan, and an audit trail in seconds. No wearables, no goniometers, no consultant visit.
Why it matters
Every prevented injury is a person who stays healthy and a cost the business never has to absorb. By making assessment fast and repeatable, we let teams measure risk across an entire site, act on the worst stations first, and prove the improvement over time.
How we work
We pair machine learning with real ergonomic science and keep humans in the loop. ErgoRisk surfaces the risks and the recommended actions; safety teams apply judgment, involve workers, and decide what to change. We are used by manufacturers across Europe and we build alongside them.
