What ErgoRisk does
AI pose detection from a phone video
Record a workstation on any smartphone. Computer vision tracks the worker's joints frame by frame and derives the angles and exposure inputs each method needs. No wearables, no goniometers, no markers on the body.
Scoring against validated methods
The same standards an ergonomist would apply by hand: REBA, RULA, ROSA, NIOSH, QEC, APLE, KIM-LHC, and a configurable checklist. You get the standard score, not an opaque AI number, so it holds up with auditors and works councils.
Body heatmap and per-region scores
Risk is mapped onto a body diagram with a score for each region: neck, trunk, shoulders, wrists, knees. You see exactly which part of the body the task is loading, and how much.
AI-generated action plan
Every assessment returns concrete improvement recommendations with before-and-after context, prioritized by impact. Not a warning that a station is risky, but what to change on it.
Improvement tracking over time
Assign owners and target dates, then re-assess after the change. The tracking board shows whether the score actually moved, which is what turns a one-off audit into a program.
Reports and audit trail
Export a full PDF report per assessment, with scores, method tables, and visuals. Every assessment stays on record, so you can show an inspector how a risk was evaluated and what was done.
